I was introduced into this good insurance few years ago when I had a little fall out with my previous insurance company. I doubted if they would be okay as I don't feel convinced with any insurance company due to what happened previously. I checked in to their office I was well attended to by the customer representative. They offer me their services offer from which I chose the one preferable for me. I would say the service is okay. They respond to issues on time but yet there are some things they need to address for example their charges is somehow higher than those of other insurance companies and since they are getting more customers I think they need more service outlet for easy access to cusotmers
