Disgusted! Generations of my family have been with them and because we are in debt consolidation due to the pandemic they ferreted out ways to punish us AND WE HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT TO THEM 😞 They punished my husband for owning a used vehicle that SOMEONE ELSE HAD AN ACCIDENT IN BEFORE HE OWNED IT. We never submitted a homeowners claim for 13 years and the moment a tree fell on us they raised our rates and are now threatening to drop us if our bank rejects a payment FOR ANY REASON. They are fear mongerers who care more about money than people and should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Hurricane Ida dropping a tree on our shed, house and car (that THEY chose to total so they could resel it when used cars were at a premium is the single most disgusting psycho tactic a company can employ against lifelong and GREAT PAYMENT CUSTOMERS). ICK!!!!!!!!
