I've been with them for over three years and their rates are really cheap and customer service is excellent.I always get to talk to a human..and they are always very helpful and friendly.The longer I am with them I get better rates for being a loyal customer.My rates never went up after an accident that was not my fault! I have never had an issue with payment or helping me out when I got in an accident.I haven't faced any major accident yet,just felt one minor accidents before 1 year and I was paid my claiming amount.Ultimately I am satisfied with them and no plan to switch now.
I had a claim that was my fault, and they covered it with no problem at all! Yes, I had to pay a deductible, but they took care of paying my repair shop, the other person's repair shop, and the rental on a car for BOTH me and the person I dinged. Between the repairs and the rentals, Allstate paid nearly $20,000, and I had to pay a $500 deductible.I really appreciate them.
