This is a great company. My mother has worked for them since I can remember. She taught me the ins and outs of good insurance thank God. It's information that most people don't know they need to have. They are honest and thoughtful. Anytime I had an issue with a claim I spoke to a courteous and prompt professional who assuaged all my concerns. They are reliable and often available. I go to the doctors office with confidence. There's rarely anything I have to come out of pocket majorly for. The rate I pay is amazing. My old insurance provider charged me almost double my current premium. I saved a lot of money switching over. I have friends that don't even go to seek regular medical check ups because of the cost. Even the copay alone is a struggle for them to keep up with for medical care for their families. I always recommend blue cross blue shield. I feel like they are really shielding me from the average insurance company. Any time I have a problem I can call on them. They work with most major pharmacies. I never have an issue with any of my or my families prescriptions. They make it swift and easy and convenient and that's nothing to take for granted. In the last I've had to wait days for approval just for basic medication. It was more than a hassle and hugely inconveniencing. I'm so glad I have blue cross blue shield. I love Allstate . I've had them for 5 years and I've been in two accidents. Both times they helped me out immensely. My agent really out me on and let me know that you total a new car within the first two model years, you can get a check for a new car, not just your car’s depreciated value As someone on a budget that really helped me when my cat was totaled . No way without Allstate would I have been able to afford a new car and other insurance companies aren't as forgiving I've learned from experience. My agent always emails me on any new issues with my policy. He's very friendly. And my rates are reasonable for my budget. Allstate keeps in touch when and if my rates are going to get higher or lower, they never lie to me or keep secrets from me. As to my previous carrier, they were always raising the price every month without notice to me. And they never communicated to me on what's going on with my policy. Plus when I tried to call the agent of the old carrier, they were never available. Allstate has not disappointed me for 5 yrs now. My old carrier was Geico I will never go back to them.
