Great coverage

All I want to say that this is the best healthcare insurance we have. You don’t have to pay for test they do like x rays and all that good stuff. The bad stuff about it it’s if you older it won’t cover you as much. Like you would have to pay some money for test.

Pros
The coverage is really good. You don’t have to pay for X-rays or nothing like that.

Cons
If you are older it kind of sucks cause you would have to pay some money. They won’t cover you all.

One of the Best

Blue Cross is one the best insurance companies around in my opinion. There are several plans to choose from. I have The Essential Plan, which is sufficient for me. They have extensive coverage, low co-pays and no hidden costs. They work with my drug store and my doctors can call my prescriptions in directly. That way they are filled quicker. Their website is easy to use and filled with good, helpful information. There is an option for bills to be paid automatically each month. I don't use that as I prefer making payments when and how I choose. They also send out wellness information and offer mail order prescriptions (which I don't use). They cover preventive visits such as mammograms and pap smears with no co-pays. Their customer service is prompt, easy to work with and to understand. I have never had to call more than once to get and issue resolved. I feel like my personal information is secure in their company and on their website. Payments go through quickly and securely. If you are in the market for insurance you can't go wrong with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Also, they are nationwide so everyone has the option to be covered by them.

Pros

Cons
Sometimes their website is down and I cannot make my payment, however there is no penalty for late payments in those cases. Also I believe I have to pay 2 months in advance. That is very strange.

Best insurance

I had another insurance company with $0 monthly premium! And $15.00 copay. Now I have a $10.00 copay and a 42.00 monthly premium. The old saying is you get what you pay for! I am 100% happy with Florida Blue. I will never go with another insurance company.They have capable professionals

Lack of disciplined customer services Been calling for 3 weeks now to get my insurance renewed since they didn’t process it. I have yet to receive a call back and no one can tell me what happened to my insurance. No one ever gives a direct answer and you just get transferred from department to department

Great company

This is a great insurance company! They offer amazing benefits. We had BCBS of SC through my husband’s employer. They offer two plans, and we chose to go with the cheaper one. Even though it was cheaper, they still provided amazing services. The deductible is rather high for the cheaper plan, but it still covered a great deal even without the deductible being met. I would definitely recommend this company to others because they offer amazing benefits for a decent price. You won’t find it like this elsewhere.

Love BCBS for our Family

We live BCBS and switched back to them immediately when the time came to purchase our own insurance. My husbands last job had us with a different insurance and when we switched to BCBS again when we started our own company. They have been so easy to deal with, covered many issues that arise with raising 4 kids and have never let me down! I totally recommend!

Best insurance ever

This is a great company. My mother has worked for them since I can remember. She taught me the ins and outs of good insurance thank God. It's information that most people don't know they need to have. They are honest and thoughtful. Anytime I had an issue with a claim I spoke to a courteous and prompt professional who assuaged all my concerns. They are reliable and often available. I go to the doctors office with confidence. There's rarely anything I have to come out of pocket majorly for. The rate I pay is amazing. My old insurance provider charged me almost double my current premium. I saved a lot of money switching over. I have friends that don't even go to seek regular medical check ups because of the cost. Even the copay alone is a struggle for them to keep up with for medical care for their families. I always recommend blue cross blue shield. I feel like they are really shielding me from the average insurance company. Any time I have a problem I can call on them. They work with most major pharmacies. I never have an issue with any of my or my families prescriptions. They make it swift and easy and convenient and that's nothing to take for granted. In the last I've had to wait days for approval just for basic medication. It was more than a hassle and hugely inconveniencing. I'm so glad I have blue cross blue shield. I get to see the best doctors and specialists near to my location. Thank you blue cross blue shield and continue to provide excellent service!
